It is quoted per space, since the number of touch points varies enormously. Added to an existing clean it is priced with the job; standalone and commercial work gets a free on-site estimate.
What is the difference between cleaning, sanitizing, and disinfecting?
Cleaning removes soil. Sanitizing reduces bacteria to a safer level. Disinfecting kills a broader range of organisms on a surface that has already been cleaned. Each step depends on the one before it.
Is this safe around children and pets?

How often should a workplace have this done?
