Deep Cleaning in Northeast Ohio
A full reset for a home that routine cleaning has not kept up with. Baseboards, appliance interiors, grout, and the build-up standard service does not reach.
Why clients book this service
- Reaches what routine cleaning does not: baseboards, vents, door frames, and behind fixtures.
- A sensible first booking, after which cheaper routine service is enough to hold the standard.
- Kitchens and bathrooms sanitized properly rather than wiped over.
- Priced by home size, quoted flat, and confirmed before we begin.
- Good preparation for guests, a sale, an inspection, or a seasonal reset.
What is included

- Baseboards, door frames, and switch plates wiped throughout

How the job runs, step by step
- 01
Assess the condition
Size matters, but so does condition. We ask about the kitchen and bathrooms in particular, since that is where deep cleans take their time.
- 02
Flat quote by home size
Small, medium, or large, with the range confirmed before booking. Add-ons such as inside oven or interior windows are priced separately and only if you want them.
- 03
Top-down, room by room
We work from ceiling level downward so dust and residue fall onto surfaces not yet cleaned, finishing with floors.
- 04
Kitchens and bathrooms last
The two rooms that decide whether a deep clean worked get finished with the most time remaining, not the least.

Questions about deep cleaning
How much does a deep clean cost?
Deep cleaning starts at $225 for a small home, $275 for a medium home, and runs from $325 to $450 for a large home. Condition affects the final figure as much as size, so we confirm the price before starting.
How long does a deep clean take?
Considerably longer than routine service. A small home is usually a half-day; larger or heavily soiled homes can take a full day and occasionally a second crew.
How often should I book one?
Most homes need one or two a year alongside routine cleaning. If you have never had one, that first deep clean makes routine service far more effective afterwards.
Do you clean inside the oven and refrigerator?
Those are add-ons at $35 each. They are not included by default because not everyone needs them, and we would rather not build the cost into everyone price.
Is this the right service before I move in?
For an empty property, move-in and move-out cleaning is the better fit and starts at $250. Deep cleaning is designed for occupied homes.
Can you do just the kitchen and bathrooms?
Yes. Tell us which rooms and we quote for those only.
Ask about weekly, bi-weekly and monthly rates
Recurring clients pay less per visit and keep the same crew and schedule. We set up simple service agreements for homes and businesses alike.
