Tell us about the home
Bedrooms, bathrooms, and roughly how the place is used. Pets, stairs, and any rooms you want left alone all matter to the quote.

We send a fixed price and a scheduled window. If you want recurring service, you get weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly rates in the same message.

Access arranged in advance
Most clients are not home. We confirm entry, parking, and alarm details in writing before the first visit so nothing is improvised on the day.

The clean itself
We work room by room in a fixed order so nothing is skipped, finishing with floors so the last thing done is the first thing you see.

You inspect
Walk through when you get home. Anything not right, tell us within 24 hours and we come back and fix it.
Questions about residential cleaning
How much does house cleaning cost in Northeast Ohio?
On weekly service, residential cleaning starts at $100 for a studio or one-bedroom, $120 for two bed and one bath, $150 for three bed and two bath, and $185 for four bed and two and a half bath. Biweekly and monthly visits are priced a little higher per visit, and condition and size adjust the final number, which is why we quote before we start rather than after.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No. Most of our residential clients are at work. We agree access instructions in writing before the first visit and confirm each time the schedule changes.
What is the difference between this and a deep clean?
Routine cleaning maintains a home that is already in reasonable shape. Deep cleaning resets one that is not, and covers baseboards, appliance interiors, grout, and build-up that routine service does not reach. Most clients start with a deep clean and move to routine service afterwards.
Do you bring supplies and equipment?
Yes, everything is included in the price. If you would prefer we use specific products on a particular surface, leave them out and tell us.
How far ahead do I need to book?
Recurring clients hold a standing slot. For one-time cleans, we can usually schedule within the week, though Fridays and the end of the month fill first.
What if I need to skip a week?
Tell us at least 24 hours ahead and there is no charge. Recurring pricing holds as long as the pattern resumes.
